Kitchen Remodel #4

This is my newest kitchen update. Although I loved my vintage blue cabinets, in a small kitchen with one window it was just too dark. So I painted the walls a pale sky blue (my own color mix from leftover paint) and I once again removed the cabinets and painted them a warm white (Cabinet Rescue mixed with Behr’s New Moon from Home Depot). This time I added polished nickel knobs to the drawers and cabinet doors. It’s easy to do, all you need is a drill, screwdriver and a homemade template to drill the holes evenly. I also removed the old exhaust fan which had no vent and replaced it with a vintage looking shelf I found on clearance at Home Goods. I found a recipe for homemade chalk paint on Pinterest and painted it my favorite color Provence blue (again my own color mix). I’ll post that paint project soon. I think it looks très bon!
