Weekly Photo Challenge: Good Morning

I love the sea.  I love to lie on the beach and read or gather shells or sit and watch the sunset, a new and amazing experience every night. But early morning is by far my favorite time for walks along the shore. The beauty, the solitude, the sound of the shore birds and the soothing rhythm of the waves calms me. This is where I tune out the rest of the world. This is where I am most at peace. I am content to let the sounds of the birds and the waves drown out the manic/mundane chatter in my brain. Often it is just the sea life and birds, a couple of other morning beach walkers and a few fishermen at that early hour. On the best of days, I see pairs of dolphins or what appears to be a whole family, swimming close to shore. I am so fortunate to live in paradise…here it’s always a good morning.

  1. I agree that morning is a wonderful time to walk on the beach. Thank for bringing some of that peace to my morning.
